I live in Delaware County; please don't throw it in the Lowe's parking lot like so many other idiots do!
You can just leave one out for the trash each week; I often take things apart to get them in the trash. But if it's all got to go fast, then look up "rubbish" in the Yellow Pages and you can find local companies to pick it up for you.

Check and see if they have any auction houses in the area that take lower end furniture - some do and you might even make a few dollars.
Below is a link to the PA auctions association page - maybe you can find somewhere close on there. Good luck!

I live in Delaware County, also...Linwood to be exact. Anyway, I always put my unwanted furniture near the sidewalk and put a sign on it that says "Free". Someone always picks it up...always. If there's too much to keep out on your sidewalk or yard, there should be a certain day a month that your sanitation department picks up "big trash", and you can pay them a few dollars to take it for you.

Have you thought about Freecycle? It's a site where you can post unwanted items for free and someone who wants them will come pick them up. Search Yahoo! You should find one in your area.

Offer it for free in your city at www.freecycle.com or offer it for free at craigslist.com
call your local thrift store. They will be glad to pick it up.
neither costs anything. Make sure you specify you pick up only and bring help
