Bank of America has a good secured card program. Generally it should unsecure in about 9 to 12 months depending on if you keep the account in good standing.
BofA is a prime company, like AMEX as the previous poster recommended. Both companies will grow with you.

More times then not, after you make your deposit and you get the card, and your making your payments and not going over your credit line, the bank will grow with you.
Again, in most cases, banks give you back your deposit after one year [sometimes with some intrest] and convert your card to an unsecured card, Orchard Bank does this, Bank Of America also.

I would say after a year they should unsecured give back your money back

yes!! American express is one of them!! But it takes a long time!!
