how do you tell somebody you can't see them again?

at my school they siad i had to tell this guy i can't see him agian

Try telling the person that you have so many things going on with school that you have no time to be in the relationship.

Well I don't know why your school says this, but if that is the rules or whatever than you just tell him how it is. Wish I had more info. I could give more advice. Or differnent ideas on what to say.
