I really like this girl.I think she likes me.But how would i know for sure?and if i ask her to go out...i dont know what would happen.Think i would have got use to rejection...but how would i know if she did?i dont want to embaris my self again.

Thats kind of tough. I'm sort of wondering the same thing. Except with a guy of course haha! Like he's always talking to me and smiling, and you know, really flirty...
Anyways, determine first if she is a really friendly girl, a really flirty girl, or just a girl who is flirty with the one she likes.
If she is a really friendly girl (friends with everyone, always smiling/laughing) then you might mistake her for liking you (if she is always smiling/laughing with you). To tell if she likes you, she might want draw attention to herself or she totally puts her focus on you or if she blushes when she laughs with you. Thats a really good sign (blushing) (or if you tell a really lame joke and she laughs at it [thats another good sign she's interested in you])!
If she is a really flirty girl (flirts with almost every boy) then you might mistake her for liking you if she flirts with you. But normally, if a really flirty girl actually likes someone (I'm actually kind of flirty) she'll normally keep low on flirting with other guys and flirt way more with you. That's a really good sign for flirty girls. Or if she acts really different with you (not so flirty, laid-back, smiley, you know, kind of like that really friendly girl thing) then that is another good sign she might be interested in you.
If she is only flirty with the one she likes, then that's pretty easy to tell if she likes you or not. Blushing, laughing at lame jokes, you know.

I KNOW what you do. GET some male friends about 2 to 3 and have them ask their gf out and include her. GO out as a group. GO 4 cokes and a pizza. GUYS PAY.

Funny, if you know 'who' you want/like....seems like the next step would be to get to know her and if she' interested, she'll respond. If she isnt, then it was worth the try or perhaps she's just not ready. Either way, it's not entirely difficult to overcome until you've invested a lot of time.

you seem to have low self esteem. i would worry about that before asking out a girl. a girl can sense that in a person. if your more confidant then she will see that and not be so "whats your problem?". if you know what i mean?
so work on your self esteem and confidence and feel better about yourself. then, go get em!! wink.

before you ask her out watch wat she does around you. does she:
flip her hair and play with it
look you up and down
give you "secretive" smiles
totally flirt with you?
once you are like 99% sure that she likes her ask her out.
