Just say that you have feelings for this person. Girls think that it's cute when you give love notes to them. You could always hand her a note after class, saying that you love her, or have feelings for her. You could also just tell her straight out(thats my favorite.) it makes a girl feel all wierd inside when she hears in person that someone loves her. Or you could always just flirt for a while.
When i loved someone, we had our flirt over and over, many times we would flirt. He called me up one night and told me that he loved me. We lasted a while. I'm still a tad bit sad about it.
That's just my opinion, I think you should do what you think is best.

Well, make sure it is the right time for you..Then you can either make or take her to a beautiful candle lit dinner, hold her hands, look into her eyes and say "I love you". How romantic and special would that be? I would sure love it!

Well if you have been with her for a long time then all you gotta do is say, "Baby, I love you, and I would never replace you. You are the highlight of my life and I will never forget it, and you shouldn't either." ( You would have the courage to do that if yoiu really did love her... )
