Does anybody else think it's really ironic that the name of the company distributing E. Coli contaminated spinach to the public is called "Natural Selection," which is also the phrase used to describe a concept in evolution meaning "only those who can adapt will survive"?

I think its funny that their business is to target health conscious people who tend to focus on organic produce. You know, the people who usually freak out about what chemicals are going on their food. Cause those chemicals can kill ya.

Bet that was a blow to the health nuts.
