It's probably just demons infecting your soul. Perfectly normal for people practicing witchcraft.

It's not a major problem but if you are a beginner and have trouble you will feel dizzy reentering your body. if you have been doing it for a while and can easily slip into an astral projection then you might not want to eat beforehand. Also don't try to astral project more than once a day.

Astral projection is a myth, that's why you can't do it. Don't know why you feel weak & dizzy, probably blood sugar, but we wouldn't know for sure, not enough info in question.

I quite often feel dizzy after using magical practices, although not astral projection, oddly enough. I have been assured that the side-effects will pass with practice, however. Well since astral projection is a fantasy, the question is irrelevant.
There is no such thing as astral projection, remote viewing, telepathy or any other such imaginary powers.
