this is normal, b/c nicotine is addictive, meaning that u r still in a state of withdrawl. just stick too it! the prize will be so worth it. but if u r worried, ask ur doctor! or ask a friend who also quit smoking. :)

your body is addicted to the nicotine. it will take time for that to dissipate and the nerve endings to heal. in the meantime your emotions could be a rollercoaster.

best to cut back gradually. worked best for me.

also, your mind has associated smoking with calming down. most of it is placebo. have the cigarette and your body calms down because it thinks that just smoking the cigarette does the trick. part of this requires changing your mind. it takes time. but the first step is to be positive and train your brain to associate better things with stress relief. like taking a few deep breaths.

You should take medication for at least the first 6 months in my opinion. After those six months are over you should take up some kind of sport and it might help and try drinking alot of bottled water, become a bottled water addict.

I guess its the withdrawal effect, Just observe for a little while, maybe its your bodies response in quitting smoking. But if the spots already give you pain.. I suggest you better check your doctor.

u should to to a therapist or something. Keep up the good work. One thing you can do, is to hit yourself really hard or have an electric shock etc whenever you think of smoking, about to do it, etc. Psychologically, that'll help you get away from cigarettes. Good luck. I know you'll get your good life back again.

Wow, I don't know what to tell you..I am a heavy smoker and quite for about 3 months, but I didn't have a problem like that. Maybe you should see your doctor and see what he says.

It is normal.. you have been going through withdrawl.. this is why it is hard for people to keep their addiction.. take it one day at a time.. and look into a chew or patch to help relieve your anxiety
