When a person touches ticklish bodyparts on their own bodies, most people measure no tickling sensation - since the movements of the tickle are performed by the person, there is no unexpected motion on the skin and so the reflex is not activated. However, a small percentage of people have found it possible to tickle themselves.
One research suggested that when a person tries to tickle him- or herself, the cerebellum sends to the somatosensory cortex precise information on the position of the tickling target and therefore what sensation to expect. Apparently some cortical mechanism then decreases or inhibits the tickling sensation.

whilst a man or woman tickles you, your not waiting for it and your concepts can not make out the place that man or woman will tickle next. once you tickle your self, your concepts controls it and so it would not permit you experience something.
