5-6 months...2 bottles...one veggie puree (yam, sweet potatoe), one fruit puree (apple, peach, pear), and juice
6-9 months... 2 bottles, veggie, fruits, juice and cereals (rice, oatmeal)
10 months or older...1 bottle, all the above and start including meat (chicken, turkey or beef), egg yolk (cooked, mixed into veggies) in small amounts. Continue giving milk/formula juice in a bottle or in a sippy cup. Also plain bottled water is okay in the summer.
1 year old and older, start with more chunky foods, finger cereals, cut up banana, peaches and soft foods.
I would have kept the meat for later. Veggies and fruits are best as first foods, then the cereals and last the proteins in small portions.
As long as baby is healthy, happy, growing and eats with a normal appetite, all is well. Do not force feed, and watch for allergies or tummy gas.... (no veggies with "skins" till later, like beans, corn...)

I always feed my son on demand. When he wanted something I gave it to him. I just couldn't do the schedule thing. But my son has always been a very big eater. He is 10yrs. old now.

that's fine. the only thing i would do is give him half a jar of meat and a half a jar of veggies at meal time instead of one whole jar at a time. also sometimes substitute some jars of fruit.
