Yes if the water is super hot or if you are not well you can sweat in the shower. My hubby has to use cold water because his body temp run high and hot water makes him sweat.

Of course, because it is just like sweating in a pool, if you're working hard enough you sweat in the pool. If it is hot enough outside you will also sweat, that inturn means you will sweat in the shower if it is hot, but you won't see or feel it because of the water.

It is possible ,especially when you take warm shower.One of the ways the body cools is by sweating.You do not sweat under cold shower if you have not just exercised.
