I agree with the first two posters here. I'm at university myself, and for the first two years I was pursuing a Business degree, first in Management, then in Accounting. I made A's in my classes, and was academically sound. However, I only went after a degree in Business because people kept pushing me towards it, saying that it would proffer a lucrative career.

All in all though, I was getting very depressed. One evening when I was feeling even lower --and more bored-- than usual, my mother said to me "You know, you're not the pencil-pushing kind." --alluding to my choice of Accounting as a major. I had to re-examine myself and my degree choice, and realized that I really wanted to major in a language, but had shyed away because advisors had told me that there was no future in a language degree. Oddly enough, over the course of the two years I was majoring in Business, I had constantly pushed my academic advisor to work Language classes into my degree track schedule. I'm now a French major, and extremely happy about being so.

Maybe the law isn't for you.. Those books aren't gunna get anymore interesting.. Maybe you could try reading in short burst. 15-20 minutes at a time only.. Then take a break for 10-15.. that might help break up the boredom.

Have you ever thought of changing your field to something that you find interesting?
