I think its best to grill the bacon until it's nice & crispy (YUM)
& then just crack open the eggs & then fry them in some oil .
toast some bread & you have a yummy meal.
all this talk has made me hungry because i haven't had my breakfast yet.

Bacon, Mushroom, and Cheese Omelet
Serves 1
3/4 CupEggbeaters
1-1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 Strips Crisply Fried Bacon
1 (4 oz can) Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1/4 CupMozzarella Cheese, grated
1 Scallion, sliced thin, for garnish
Instructions:
In a large nonstick frying pan melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble slightly. Allow the eggs to coat the pan and cook evenly. Crumble the bacon into the eggs, add the mushrooms and cheese, and cook for 1 minute.
Carefully slide 1 end of the omelet onto a plate while folding the other end over on top, like a taco. Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.

Get yourself a non-stick frypan (must have). Put the bacon in the pan with no fat on medium heat and put the lid on a for a minute, push the bacon to the outsides of the pan and put the eggs in the bacon fat. Put the lid back on. By the time your toast has popped it will all be ready.
