Please answer all parts of my question, if you can.
1. Have you ever received an Answers violation?
2. How many?
3. For what reason?
Have any of you ever received an Administrative Notice from Yahoo! Answers?
1. Yes
2. Probably 40- 50. One day I received 17.
3. Usually for chatting, or "Not a question or answer."
I have actually bypassed the Violation Notice and gone straight to Administrative Notice. Must have been a serious offense that time.

the question probably wont be deleted, you are only on level 2, probably safe
i was the first person who had an account removed by the yahoo staff
i get about one violation a day
the most in a day is 15 but thats over a few accounts
usually its private correspondance

No, I haven't ever received any administrative notice either.
It doesn't seem that your question will be deleted--but then again, someone could report you for wrong category.
Better to do your interpersonal communication by clicking on a member's avatar and seeing if they're available via email or IM. Yahoo does have a rule against using this forum as a personal chat board. Could be a reason you keep getting violations.
