You've certainly got a way with awkward questions :P
We have to realsie that 'free will' might be a new concept to an Alien race, they would be completely different to ourselves. They might not understand anythign about us, it would be liek the worlds worst 'meet the parents'..awkward silences ending in a punch up/inter-galactic warfare.

Yes, I am pretty sure either in the Enquirer or the Weekly World News we have seen the American Presidents meeting with the aliens and of course everybody knows George W. Bush is the first one to actually take on the job of President, nobody can act that dumb.
He is also an example of the device that was supposed to give focused intent, only it backfred horribly and now just gives him blank stares and lets him make a mockery of the US.
You are on a roll, keep up the good questions.

I believe the word Alien means a thinking being outside the earth and there are many creatures like that first is God, then his son, the angels and the people who is already upthere with Jesus. When God made angels and humans he gave them free will. So if there were there other occupied planets definitely would be with persons with freewill, one thing I dont believe is in the US government would have the power to make any agreements or contracts so no one could come to earth, I mean look right now how many emigrants still coming into the states (me n my fam for exam) so if they existed everyone would have met them by now! What's the point in focus on these kind of subjects when the human kind cant even coexist with them selves? We wish there was something better out of this world because we were created with that need of believing there is something bigger or greater than us!

Here's what I think. Aliens are almost certainly out there, somewhere. If you accept that life evolved on earth by chance, then you also have to accept that it evolved other places by chance. Just by the law of averages, about half of the life out there is smarter than us, and half is dumber (is that a word?)than us.
Like someone else said, these aliens will almost definitely be completely different from us, and there may not be any common ground at all.
But for all the alien conspiracy nuts out there, I ask - if there are super-intelligent, super-advanced aliens flying around the universe, what could they possibly want with a backward, violent place like earth? And why would they possibly want to ... probe people?

"we've been transmitting radio indicators for the better component to a century" -- no, not centuries - a century optimum. Please grant source otherwise. You look forgetting those radio waves might have reached a optimum distance of one hundred mild years far off from Earth. The universe isn't one hundred mild years throughout the time of - that's over 13,000,000,000 mild years throughout the time of. whether there became sensible life that existed a million years that ought to point their planet should be precisely a million mild years far off from Earth, otherwise their radio waves might've long handed Earth, or nevertheless be traveling in the direction of Earth. unquestionably you're actually not basing human beings to be the main sensible species interior the universe over radio indicators? i in my view have faith with approximately 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars interior the universe there are 1000's of planets with sensible life on. The universe is greater greater advantageous than our brains can understand.

I really hate to dive in here, but the laws of physics must be the same everywhere, not just on earth [speed of light must be constant throughout the entire universe] and if the other galaxies DO harbor life, it would take GENERATIONS of time to travel from there to here [or vice versa]. Also, we have had radio transmitters and receivers listening in on space for YEARS with NO DECIPHERABLE signals received. I personally feel that, aside from God, etc., we are all alone in the universe. Like it or not. Makes ME want to 'hang closer to God' [Abba, daddy, are you here?] There are several magazines on space, the universe, astronomy, etc you should pick up at the local library or newsstand. They just MAY open your eyes to reality, not fantasy. In other words, get a life. Aliens? Star Ship Enterprise? Really, now.

It would be very smug of us to think that we are the only intelligent beings in this vast cosmos. Therefore, I do believe that aliens may exist.
