Yes - in violation of zoning and noise ordinances.

I'd either call the police or the zoning board. The zoning board sounds like the better bet.

If he claims it is his hobby to work on cars he can do what he wants legally.If he advertises the location,there could be an issue.Noise ordinances could be looked into if the noise persists after a certain hour.Know the law and your options before you alienate your neighbor.

Depends on local zoning laws. Check with local government to see what policy is. Some places will not allow non-running vehicles on property for extended time period.

i think it would be ok long as you pay the Tax man if he find out your doing under the table you get jail time and + u have to pay them the $ i went down that road once good luck!

call the city on em',they will bust em and they will have to pay large fines!
