I have never seen ground chicken, but any of these could have more fat depending on what part of the animal the decided to grind. I thought that ground turkey was a better choice and then I looked at the nutrition facts on the side and saw that it had almost twice the fat in it as the ground beef I usually buy. If you're getting 3% fat ground beef, that is going to be (more often than not) less fat than the ground turkey.

Ground turkey does, I'm not sure which comes in second. It's a good choice to buy lean ground beef.

Most likely ground beef and you can buy it in supermarkets as fatty or as lean as you want. The fattier the mix the cheaper it is too.
