How do you witness to "religious" Catholics, who aren't actually saved, while at the same time, try NOT to offend them?

What I mean is someone who says that they're going to Heaven, because they're good people, or because they do good works, or because they believe that everyone is a child of God.

EXCELLENT QUESTION!!!!

I've been in that situation so many times!!! I have friends, family, and a wife who are Catholic, and, whilst I believe some of them to be saved, I'm pretty sure some of them aren't! Only a relationship with Jesus will get us to Heaven, not church membership!
Try reading the bible together, discussing purgatory, stations of the cross, papal infallibility, Mary worship, confession, all the stuff that's not biblical. I wasn't raised a Christian, so I give my testimony, which is very powerful! Most of all, don't get frustrated, I've seen Catholics who had no relationship with Jesus ask Him into their life! Remember, they can be saved in the Catholic Church, but not through the Catholic Church! Don't push the gifts of the Spirit onto people, it's difficult for them to go from Mass, to tongues, and prophecy! Also, as with non-believers, try to let your actions speak louder than your words!
God bless, brother, I wish you every success!

I just tell them I think the trinity is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is like the soul, the body and the works in a single person. A trine God not three Gods. They are easily accepting most times.

I'm a Swedenborgian though. Another oneness Christian branch.

I don't believe that religious Catholics are not saved. They believe in Christ as their Savior.

Who said catholics aren't saved? they were baptised, confirmed, and they go confess their sins regularly.
