If they come across after they have been deported, they are FELONS and should be arrested, given a trial and imprisoned.

No but i think you do. C'mon you're name is ding dong(laughing) tells me a lot besides that you can imagine. First of all the one breaking the law is you. What the hell are you doing in our borders i think that's why there's people hired to do that.Don't even start talking crap about mexicans you stupid rascist. Don't you know people from central America also migrate there. You need to get your facts straight Mr. Don't know nothing. It's not a game but it is a game for you that makes you feel better by putting others down. I know your type that have low self esteem and you need to put others down but your argument is not effective towards me at all. All you do is make me laugh at your ridiculous questions. By the way mexicans do much more than you'll ever even dream of doing. You know why because we are truly living and are the american dream. Not just mexicans but all those othersn that migrate here.

Well, it sounds to me like "cutebrunette" may be cute but hasn't got too many brains inside her cutebrunette head. She's a wee little bit on the defensive, wouldn't you say?
Anyways, yes, they do think it is a game. Many of the Mexicans coming over into the USA (and also the Central Americans) are not people with spouses and children to support - they are teenagers and 20-somethings who are coming because it was what they dreamed of doing as they were growing up - to them, it is the answer to the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Many of them planned to run the US border to find work in order to send money home, not to support families, but to build a nice nest egg that they can eventually return home to live off. When they are sending that money home through Western Union, it is not ALWAYS going to feed their "starving families." I know this personally due to some I have met. They know that if they work for 10 or 20 years, they will have enough money accumulated to build a decent house (by their standards), and/or set themselves up in a business back home, and/or retire on the proceeds. Most of them do NOT have any plans of becoming American citizens and staying in the USA when they come here. Their plan is to get as much dinero as possible and sock it away back home and then return to their countries. Sometimes, their plans change when they come here and become romantically involved with a US citizen and possibly end up having US born children - then, they often decide maybe they want to stay, after all. However, most of them are not coming in order to feed their starving families back home - some are, of course, but the majority are NOT. That is why you see so many of them flaunting their flags in the USA and declaring their loyalty and love of their home countries - they truly have no loyalty or love of the USA. They are just using the USA for what they can get and then the plan is to return home to a comfy early retirement.
Another thing, when they are caught and deported, it should be the policy that they are deported to the furthest southern point of their country, not just over the border, in order to make it harder for them to return. If they are caught again after first being deported, they should be immediately incarcerated for a minimum of 2 years and that should go up exponentially every time they are again caught. Once deported, there should be no possibility of them EVER being able to come legally into the USA.

interesting i just read a article on this subject i wish i had the link to give you but it was saying that in mexico they actually have a place where you can go and pay this recreational place to reenact a simulation of a border crossing you get to pretend you running across the border and have this guy dressed as a border patrol agent chase you . so maybe they do in a sense think its a game .

I don't think we need to imprison them as that is just even more tax payer money going towards illegal immigrants...I applaud your efforts Sir and appreciate what you are trying to do, and can understand your frustration as I live in AZ and have to deal with the ones who get away...I believe we need to work with the Mexican Government on these issues and instead of just deporting them to give them another opportunity to cross again they need to be imprisoned in Mexico (as their jails are much worse also) for causing us problems, if they are unwilling to work then we just shut down the border all together no one comes no one gos...it will hurt their economy and they will be forced to cooperate...either that or go by AZ law where you said they are felons and in the great state of AZ if you are in the act of committing a felony you are liable to get shot...so shoot to kill! It says so in my AZ handgun owners handbook.

Call it job secruity.
Also we should be grateful that thousands of people want to come to this country, because there's is so crappy. It's not a game. They are just trying to come to something better. They work for practically nothing in Mexico, there are no Unions, it's just a slum, so they will risk anything to come over, if we stregthen the laws the same number will try it will curtail no one.

No, Mexicans don't think it is a game. They want desperately to get into the US and if you capture them and deport them, they will simply keep trying until they are successful. In one way, it is a compliment to both the US and the Mexicans. It proves that they can work hard at something (in this case, getting in to the country) and that the US is so very desirable that they will do anything to get there.

We are one of the only countries in the world to have such strict immigration laws. Yes, they should change the law. They should allow those who want to come over to work free entry.
To the one below, that's if you don't become a citizen. The question should be how easy is it to become a citizen.

Are you an ICE agent? You should know what the penalties are. Lot's of jail time for 2nd-third offenses. Be serious.
