First, make sure there is no medical reason for your insomnia. If not, try things like only getting in the bed when you are ready to sleep. Never read or watch TV in bed. No caffeine after 4 p.m. No exercise before bed. Good luck and remember that no one has ever died from lack of sleep.

the drug of choice for insomnia is diazepam.
but the drug is not available over the counter as it has addictive capability..
go and visit the doctor and find out what is causing ur insomnia,

take care and try gettin some sleep.

Yeah, do alot during the day; set a sleep time and in a couple of days it will work itself out...

absoultly behavioral therapy and drugs like zolpidem short time but we should know why you have this symptom ?may be under ling an organic or funtional cuse that can be addressed

of coarse there is : SEX and lots of it,,, it's a fact,, gets your levels in sinc and gives you a mellow drama efect , which helps you sleep
