We would all be glad if someone removed the bully at the school.
Or the cycopath serial killer who murdered women.
If this is God's planet shouldn't he be allowed to say who gets to live here and people who hack off arms and legs and rape and murder and scare people isn't it good when God destroys them?

Everybody is accountable to god - Romans 14:12, whether they like it or not, all wicked people will render an account to god at some point, nobody can escape divine justice. true, god has allowed wickedness to exist for a while, but for a very good reason, soon he will judge all people who are alive now at armageddon, then all people who have died - unrighteous included - will be resurrected and have the opportunity to conform to gods requirements or be judged adversly (John 5:28-30).

The point is, although from our viewpoint, many wicked people seem to 'get away with it', from god's viewpoint - which is much broader in scope - nobody 'gets away with it' for long, they will all face justice sooner or later. Also all who have been the victims of injustice will be fully compensated in the new system which god has promised - Revelation 21:3,4

Yes God did that in the OT. Now He has shed His mercy for this time and there will be a day of judgement upon which His wrath will fall. God dealt with sin and now we are being given an opportunity to receive or reject His way, Jesus. God already dealt with sin. He destroyed sin on the cross. He put the sins of the world upon Jesus on the cross and it died with Him. Yes people still sin, but God already dealt with it for the present age. Other wise the US would be destroyed for all the things that go on here, and many other places. But when the Gospel has been heard by every person, everyone has had a chance, then will the end come and then the wrath will come upon those who did not receive Christ as a payment for their sin and they will have to pay for themselves, something that Christ tried to pay for them but they wouldn't believe. God is a Holy God. He dealt with sin. Now we are living in a time of mercy and grace, otherwise, the world would have been destroyed, but once all hear, the end will come and then the wrath which is meant for the devil and is fallen angels, but those who wouldn't accept the payment will have to pay because He is a Holy God, not because He is mean. He tried to give everybody a way out, it is not His fault if they don't take it. He'll love you all the way to hell, but He won't make you accept Him, you have to do it on your own. But after the wrath, a new heaven and a new earth, where we will finally be free from the evil that is so rampant in this earth today! Hallelujah!!

The reason God doesn't destroy all the evil people is He is giving them a second chance to come to Him. They have a chance to ask for forgiveness. But if they don't He knows their heart, and will destroy them if they choose not to follow Him. We are all sinners, and we have committed sin in some way or other. There is no sin worse than the other. All sins are equal. Some are more evil to us. God looks at all sin as the same.

But he doesnt destroy those type of people. Notice how many are around today? How many have never been caught? Did God destroy the bully at your school? He sure didnt in mine.

Is it good? Are you not just missing the entire point of forgiveness? Life shouldn't be "an eye for an eye"

You are right. At the moment he lets them show what kind of people they really are, but he will eventually take everyone that offends him away and the world will run peaceful and quitely.

When has he ever done that? I see too many rapists and murderers still wandering the earth, and too many good people cut down for no reason.
