If you're talking about actual paper credit reports, I think it says on there a number to call and/or what to do if there is incorrect information on your credit reports.

go to any of the reporting agencies websites and file a dispute. then after the investigation the error will be removed by all 3 credit reporting agencies.

A single account cannot "state" that you are bankrupt-- bankrupt is an overall report issue. Did they say you were delinquent/in default? You need to dispute it with all three bureaus, and if after 30 days it has't been fixed (or the bureaus say the creditor "confirmed as valid") you'll need proof.

Most credit reporting agencies have a number or address that you can contact for disputes. Simply tell them what you think is erroneous they will investigate and change it if they find they were wrong.
