Muslims around the world have shown their pure hatred for anyone else NOT Muslim...calling us "Infidels" and chanting, with fists raised, "Death to America"...and "Allāhu Akbar" ...."God is Great".
Who is this god of theirs whom they call on to witness their murders, rapes, and beheadings?
Is this religion? or is this simply pure hatred?

Fine...
You can disregard the point about the Pope because what I'm referring to has been true with Muslims long before this recent incident with the Pope....really coming to light since 9/11 and the Palestinians cheering and partying after almost 3000 were killed at the World Trade Center.
They appear to be hate-mongers with an agenda of killing off all of Western society.

To "fa s":
Thank you for your comments regarding Palestinians. They are with a lot of thought and worthy of consideration.

To "Muslim:
You are referring to sins of the past which are irrelevant now.
I am talking about the Muslim sins of the present and how they affect today's evolving society and the impact they will have on the future.

I tried reading through the link you supplied but stopped when I realized it's nothing more than Islamic propaganda and misinformation aimed at slandaring other religions of the world.
Shame on you for giving me that link.

Reading all the anti-Christian stuff on this Yahoo Answer site just proves the point that all the really INTOLERANT people are people who hate Christians and yet they always seem to be hollering Chrisitians should be tolerant of atheists and other religions.

I don't see Christians rioting in the streets.

hi there, I would like to comment only on "the Palestinians cheering and partying after almost 3000 were killed at the World Trade Center."

well, I am a Palestinian and I was in Nablus/West Bank when the attacks occured, I was very sad to see those attacks like many other palestinians, I agree, some went partying at the streets, but those who did are not all the palestinians,

I also would like to tell you why did they do this, these people are occupied, they are oppressed and they are tortured and insulted every day by Israeli soldiers, they always see the USA preventing any UN resolution that is aimed to protect them or reduce their agony by using the undemocratic "VITO", they always see the USA defending israel, even when israel made unhuman things without a reason, or when they kill their innocent children, the USA always asks Syria/Iraq and other countries to comply with UN resolution, but they never ask Israel to do so, which do not conform to many UN resolutions which result in more suffering for them

in the first weeks of this intefada, which occured before 11/9, people were demonstrating in the streets, the most they did is throwing stones at israeli tanks and jeeps, israeli soldiers killed hundreds of them!!! now do you think it is right to kill people just because they demonstrate??? what was USA opnion about this?? did they condemn it?? did they ask israel not to shoot people who demonstrate?? or did they say as always: It is the right of israel to defend itself?? the first suicide bomber in this intifada came after few hundred people were killed just for demonstrating

if you were a palestinian what will you feel about the USA

now, I agree what they did is totally wrong, and I believe a person who felt pain should not wish it to others, but those people see the USA preventing them from their rights, and the islamic groups use this to spread their agendas among those people

by theway, I totally agree with what the Pope said, or quoted,,, but I would like him as well to look in history again and see what did the church do,,,, all 3-religions are evil

finally, I want you to know that not all the palestinians where celebrating 11/9,,, some of them did, and many others didn't

Your questions are valid, but careful now, the double edged sword cuts both ways...

We know how much the Christians like to build their religion on top of other religions, sometimes they just go too far. The Crusade was one of the biggest example and its effect lingers til today.

The only thing left to do is to get everybody to sit down, talk things over and make changes to ensure co-existence. Any peace loving "God" would like that idea. Take your Bible or Koran with you, use them to make peace.

At then end, it must be done by human beings with a vision to the future.

We gotta be thankful to the muslims, cuz they show us in the way
they behave what their character and their ideology are.In their
self-portraits around the world they show nothing but hate for anyone else Notmuslim. When you check the background of their
so-called prophet,by reading testimonies of wittnesses in those
days, you´ll find out his character as well as the character of those people, who follow him.
They didn´t,they don´t and they will never like peace, democracy
and freedom.Has any nation in the world the right to say:"We
wanna wipe the state of NO MATTER WHAT off the map"???
That Bin Laden dude could stand it,getting support from the US
on his fight against the USSR.Is 9.11 his way to say thank you?
The rich oil emirates, who blackmail the west with their oil
whenever they like, could give work to their palestinian brothers
in faith. No,the jobs in these countries are done by alien workers
from Malaisia, the Philippines and other southeast asians.
For their folks next door, they have nothing but propaganda,
and worn out weapons.
This space here won´t last to describe everything concerning
your question. You can find out more, when you read in the quran
and the bible, and just COMPARE,and you´ll find out.

Why do Christians claim they are the peaceful people in earth?
While they produced these mass murderers: Timothy McVeigh, KKK, Hitler, Bush and Milosevic, who killed millions of Muslims in Bosnia, were Christian.
Now "Pope Benedict XVI" is he a new Hitler?

The Crusaders were Christians and they massacred 5 million Jews and Muslims(including women and children) and even ate their flesh during their capture of Jerusalem.
Didn't Christians killed 50 million Christians in WW2.? get your facts straight.
What an ignorant.!

whynotask, Im afraid you are greatly mistaken. To muslims, Allah is merely what we call God/lord. Its that divine being no one knows anything about. The Kaaba to them, if Im not mistaken, is like the Pope to us. I read some books about Islam and happened to find that it has strong basis, and is very organized. Although Im a Catholic myself, I respect this religion as much as I respect a scientific theory.

You misunderstand the dilema

The Pope, stupidly, quoted a 17th century Byzantian Emperor, calling Muhammed a murderous killer. This emperor was infact leading one of the last crusades agains the Holy land, a case of 'pot calling the kettle black'.

They had reason to be angry, the Catholics havn't got a moral foot to stand on.

Everyone seems to have also forgotten the attempted assisnation of Pope John-Paul in 1981 by a guy named Mehmet Ali Agca.

Neally neat name, eh! Mehmet Ali Agca

The Turk who shot Pope John Paul II in 1981 will be released from prison Thursday, but he then may be tried in a military court for allegedly dodging the draft and escaping military custody, an official said Monday.

A Turkish court decided last week to free Mehmet Ali Agca, 47, on parole, saying he had completed his prison term for crimes committed in Turkey. Agca was extradited to Turkey in 2000 after serving almost 20 years in an Italian prison for shooting and wounding John Paul in St. Peter's Square in Rome on May 13, 1981.

Mehmet Ali Ağca (born January 9, 1958) is a Turkish assassin who shot and wounded Pope John Paul II on May 13, 1981. After serving 19 years of incarceration in Italy, and another five years in Turkey for the 1979 murder of Abdi İpekçi, a left-wing journalist, Ağca was released on parole on January 12, 2006, only to have this revoked soon afterwards. Ağca has described himself as a mercenary with no political orientation, although he is known to have been a member of the Turkish ultra-nationalist Grey Wolves organization.

Ağca was born in İsmailli village, Hekimhan district, Malatya Province in Turkey. As a youth, he became a petty criminal and a member of street gangs in his home town. He became a smuggler between Turkey and Bulgaria.

He is believed to have then gone to Syria where he received two months of training in weaponry and terrorist tactics. He claims this was undertaken as a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and paid for by the Bulgarian government, although this has been questioned.

The Pope once again is a f'n NAZI he doesn't deserve respect. Allah SWT...yea Allahu Akbar deserves more respect than a murdering, childmolestor like the Pope. so yea to answer your question. Islam is a religion of respect and honor unlike the Pope's religion that allows him to spread hatred. Muslims only react to attacks made on them. Just like you just reacted to muslims getting mad at the pope.

stop being hypocrites for once. try that.
