go to michaels arts and crafts. Buy the Jewel-its glue by Alene and buy any rhinestones that you might want to glue to the shirt.
Or michaels also carries the bedazzler. look for a 40percent off michaels coupon in the newspaper every other week or ask for one at customer service.

I've used E600 (or it might be E6000...). Either way you should easily be able to find this at any craft store. Oh, make sure you also get the little tool that will help you pick up and place the rhinestones on your surface. It's a little stick (about 4-5") and one end has a "glue-type" ball that the rhinestones stick to. Once you place your rhinestones on your surface, then you use the other end to place them right and push on them.
Good luck!!!

Lots of craft stores (Michael's, Hobby Lobby) sell the iron-on rhinestone transfers for shirts (I have seen them for the bachelorette/wedding parties). I think I have also seen them at Walmart. Good luck.

Use
http://www.michaels.com/art/online/displayProductPage?productNum=gc0356
Follow the instructions carefully...
Or you could find a bedazzler type machine at a craft store it will fasten stones to a shirt with a metal clamp
http://www.michaels.com/art/online/displayProductPage?productNum=kd0181
The machine may be your best bet as the glue usually requires 24 hours dry time...

Check a local garage sale or thrift store for a bedazzler.
If not you might be able to glue them on using fabric glue.....
