IF you have any kind of relationship with the neighbors - can you go over with some brownies, or cookies for them and ask them to sit down & talk to you. Or, invite them to your home for coffee, pop, and a snack. Tell them that you enjoy having them as neighbors but you are having a problem when they leave and explain what it is. Ask them if their is anything you can do to help. Make them aware of the problem. Give them a chance to correct the problem-if nothing then it's time to call the police.

Do you like dogs? I personally used to bring the neighbor's dog in my house (leaving a note on their door of course) when she was frightened. A lot of people would be afraid of large dogs, but she was a sweetie and thought of this as her second home. Barring that, call the police and report a noise violation. You have a right to sleep and have peace and quiet in your own home. Try to build a relationship with the neighbors and explain how much this bothers you without placing blame. Good luck to you and that poor dog.

I'd talk with the neighbors and explain what is happening when they leave. They may not be aware that their dog barks while they are gone. You can see from their reaction(s) if they intend to do anything about this terrible situation. If not, take other measures. Of course, they will know who did this.

My dog unfortunately used to go into my neighbors yard. So she killed him. Please dont' kill the dog, lol. Definately talk to your neighbors for real. You need your rest at night. Also, watch Dog Wispers on Animal Planet. You may find an helpful hint in there.
By the way, your mother is right. Multivitamins in the store are cheap and do nothing for you. You were the only one who understands that and thank you so much. It's interesting she's a nutritionist. Ask her to research a company called Nutrilite who produces the vitamins called Double X. The more she research, she may find that these pills are like no other. Infact, Asafa Powell became the world's fast man in the 100-meter dash after 3 months of taking the pill. She can go to www.quixtar.com to see a little bit of info. Or you can email me as well at fsabree@yahoo.com.... Please stay in touch.

Try talking to the neighbors and ask if they could put it in the basement or cage in the house when they leave.

The poor dog is lonely as hell. And I understand how you feel. It is extremely annoying.
