As you know cancer is an uncontrolled division of cells amd the ability of some of this cells to invade other tissues.It is rather correlated with cellular activities and related to genetics activities.
The way I can see of passing cancer through sperm is through reproduction. The offspring of a man with cancer may inherit those genetic mutations thus having cancer too. How offspring is reproduced? Of course with a sperm an an ova. So in this sense the sperm is the "carrier" of cancer .

It sounds like what you're really asking is: can cancer be transmitted through sex from one person to another? First of all, it is unlikely if not altogether impossible that cancer cells be present in the sperm of someone who has widespread metastatic cancer. Even if cancer cells are present in the sperm, it is again pretty much impossible for one to contract cancer from another person. Cancer is not a communicable disease because our normal immune system will recognize cancer cells from another person as foreign and eradicate it as if it's an infection.

No, cancer isn't a virus or something like that. Cancer is a disease that directly affect cells from inside, it can be caused by external things... But sperm isn't one of them.

Take it from this nurse. No cancer is not transmitted like STDs. The only way you can get cancer from another person is through organ transplant where the organ has cancer and it was not detected.

Only the genetic predisposition to develop certain kinds of cancer, because it is in the genome. Otherwise, no. The act of intercourse can pass all manner of other nastiness though.
