i would try and get her into the vet even before her xrays. she might be having a respiratory infection, and if she's had severe problems with this in the past, it may have cropped up again.

I think most dogs do that, especially if they are around something that's quite sensitive by their nose, for example if you were peeling onions, the smell makes their nose all sensitive and they start doing this really funny sneeze from the nose. Don't forget their sense of smell is much more sensitive than ours.

I'm not sure why she has had antibiotics and is having an xray, if she is only sneezing.

Does your Vet think their is something more sinister going on? I hope not.

I hope she gets well soon.

All the best.

Our dog had that. Got an infection via the teeth that then got into the nose. Had major horrible snotty sneezing fits all over the place.Teeth got taken out and then put on antibiotics. Sorted it out mainly, but still get little sneezing fits from time to time.

Isn't it typical that these things crop up on a Saturday?
Keep a close eye on her, and keep an eye on her temperature. Make sure she has a drink available. Phone the vet and tell them what happened, you may have to take her in tomorrow. See what they say. Good luck.

she may have a cold similar to people. an occasional sneeze is common for dogs, but yours may need further treatment than a few antibiotic pills can provide, and may not even be the needed medication. can't be of more help, but the vet should be able to solve the problem.

If you are that worried about her then call the vet NOW!!!! Since it's the weekend you'll probably have to call and emergency vet. Tell them what you said here.

Good Luck!!! I hope she comes out of this quite soon.

take her to the vet that has treated greyhounds before. Greyhounds are very sensitive to medicines. Don't treat her yourself, except with love and caring.

My guess is that she has got a blockage or irritation up her nose. Take her to the vet to get it checked out.
