I see magic as a skill or an art form. If you consciously practice magic, you may be considered a witch. If you do not practice magic, then I don't see how you could be a witch.

if you are a witch it is by choice.
there are not some select few that are born witches. it is a choice that you make to follow that spiritual path.
some people do have a natural talent, but that usually comes from a choice made early in life. everyone can learn to channel the energies of nature, but most of us would associate what we do with prayer more than we would with spellcraft.

A witch is someone who practices witchcraft. Witches are just as human as anyone else. You dont have to be a special type of person to practice witchcraft.
