awwwwwwww hunny - been there worn the t shirt. As much as its irresponsible to say this and there will be those who spout 'grown up' stuff at you, ( yawn yawn)you just cope how ever you can- ok?. If that means an evening of being completely bladdered - so be it.Be sensible though with the old booze. Eventually you'll feel lots better. Im a firm believer that a good self pity session doesnt do any harm, in fact Im positive it can help some people. - Ive done it. Mind you I added the whole soppy music thing in the background and whinged at my friends down the phone. I bawled till I was crying neat vodka too and kleenex had to up production. Then when I woke the following day - I felt such a prat that i didnt need to do it again. 9 years on - Now Ive got a fab blokey and two gorgeous kids. You'll be fine - just take care! The hangover will soon pass anyway!

A friend of a friend once told me to take 2 teaspoons of sugar dissolved in a little water before going to bed. Apparently this works and you don't even get dehydrated. She was a doctor so i think she knows her stuff but i always forget to do this. Good Luck.
P.s. Don't try too many of the cures you are given at once, you could make yourself very poorly!

Tesco's do this wonderful effervescent powder stuff that fizzes into water. You drink and then feel better very quickly. Relieves upset tums and headaches.
On the other hand, a good cup of tea and couple of paracetamol and then going back to bed will probably work as good as anything.

Lots of tea and juice, with regular snacks of sandwiches and crisps and chocolate. Consume while lying on the sofa watching Hollyoaks. Do not move until the Eastenders omnibus is over, at which point have a long bath. Toilet and kettle breaks are allowed.

Kirsty141 has got THE best answer. Never ever deviate from this soluton. It works every time. Try co-codamol instead of paracetomol - this is more pawerful and effective. It can be bought over the counter too so job done !

Lots of fluids - mainly water but some orange juice will help as will milk. Fry up with sausages and bacon for brekkie. If you're a veggie, have cereal and eggs. Also walk it off or any other exercise.

Drink a litre of water now before you go to sleep. Hangovers are mainly dehydration.

A pint of water...sipped slowly...before bed, followed by a few nice hot drinks in the morning and something like toast for brekkie to soak everything up. you should feel better by lunchtime and realise how much better your life will be without him.
