I heard that at the end of days we will all have a rupture , as i already have a small hernia does this mean i will be saved.

The word is RAPTURE. It means that all believers and saved Christians will be taken up with Christ. The rest will stay here on Earth.
Take care of the hernia dear. It can be dangerous to walk around with a rupture inside your body.

Nope, you've had your rupture and didn't recognise it for the soul-saving opportunity it presented. Suggest you get it stitched and wait for the next one while lifting heavy boxes.

You are saved already because you are soul. and soul is eternal. You only need to realise this & you would be free. In soul I'm free. so pls. stop think on that direction for it creats pain.
