well my tiny little bladder wakes me up and I don't get tired at all after being awake 16 to 18 hours a day... hm... maybe you need more sleep. Try going to sleep earlier and waking up earlier. That definitely helps because if I go to sleep late and wake up late, I'm sluggish and tired throughout the whole day for some reason....

Quit drinking coffee. Eat an apple, drink more water, and start taking a vitamin. Exercise. Quit smoking.

I used to get that around this time of year, it could be allergies. They can suck all the energy out of you. Try non-drowsy allergy medication if you suffer from allergies.

Eat something. Drink something with a little less caffeine, like Pepsi. If all else fails, have someone smack the tired out of you. It works.

What are you on? Seriously. So many things you could be taking, prescription or non prescription, cause somnolence that is very hard to shake off.

With great difficulty. Have you eaten breakfast? Coffee alone won't do it.
