Oh my gosh, so many. I have over a dozen credit cards, but only am using 4 every month right now which I pay in full. I have two American Express, Amex Hilton and Amex Starwoods which I charge nearly everything on and pay in full each month.
I also have Citibank Aadvantage card. It's not a very good earner at one mile per dollar - but Citi has a 20-25k bonus when you sign up (25k is enough for a free domestic ticket) a

Also they have partners that give you bonuses when you sign up for stuff (for instance TMobile offers 14k miles when you sign up for a 2 yr family plan.

Amex Delta is also good if you fly Delta:

Discover has some nice cards, including a gas card with 5% cashback and the Discover Platinum has 5% cashback on selected categories. The Discover Miles card is good too:

Other nice credit cards are Citi Professional, Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards and Citi AT&T card - they all offer 10,000 Thank You points which means a $100 gift card.
So far this year I've gotten four free hotel nights, a free airline ticket, a free companion ticket and $200 worth of Target gift cards from using my credit cards. No fees, and didn't cost me a dime of interest, paying in full is the smart way to use credit cards.

there are many programs to choose from and the decision depends on your personal preference...such as mileage, gas savings and cash reward (I have been enjoying this for years)...
however the banks have reduced the reward lately...but anyway the bottom line is to find something you can enjoy the most, there is no one best program for all, this is why banks and FIs have established over 100 reward programs that available on the market....
