2 TIMOTHY 3:1-5 mentions the last days
It gives a list of how people would be in the last days before God restores it to how he originally intended it to be - a paradise
This list describes exactly how people are today
Couple this with MATTHEW 24:1-14 showing world conditions at the time of the end.
That's enlightening isn't it?

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."
Romans 8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit."
Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
Romans 8:35, 37-39 "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.
For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

I've always liked this one, Jeremiah 29:11 ... "I know the plans I have for you (this is God speaking), plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future".

I always liked, don't know the page, God helps those who help themselves. Meaning don't wait around for good things to happen to you. take steps to bring them about yourself.

John 20:17, Jesus told Mary Magdalene to tell his followers: "I ascend unto my Father and your Father and to my God and your God".
"Indeed they reject the truth, those that say "God is Christ, the son of Mary." For indeed, Christ said, worship God, who is my God and your God (Quran 5:75)."
