i use my pens as chopsticks and me and my riends find the stupidest thing to laugh at. and i have a 3.3 gpa.

If at all possible get a little caffeine or sugar in your system beforehand. It's probably the teacher that puts you to sleep...I've had a few like that. Social Studies was horrible...that man never smiled or changed his monotone voice...bleh.

Sometimes you just have to suffer through it...but try and follow along. Sitting up front does help, a bit.

Challenge the teacher at every step. Show here the short cuts to get the problems faster. If she cannot keep the attention of the class then you need to take over. Now go do it!

make class more fun by rewarding yourself. you can play games to follow along with your teachers. sit near the front of the class, as to not allow yourself to fall asleep.

get more sleep at night. many students do not get enough
rest which makes them prone to dropping off at
inappropriate times.

it depends on how your teacher is...if he/she is like mine(if they use comedy in there tachings), then you'll have no problems.if they're not,then just pay as much attention as possible and try your best at it
