I dont really know how to explain it. But when you have a a wallet with a specific spot to hold your ID. It usally has a plastic cover over that spot so you can just slip your ID in. Well my previous school id picture has melted into the plastic so now you can see the picture and i want to put in my new id but the previous picture is covering it up. How do I get rid of this blemish on the plastic?

Get a new wallet or take the little plastic piece out of the wallet. I have had this happen before and have never been able to get the picture or print off the plastic.
