seriously my mate who was born on the 29th celebrates it on the 1st,because its the 1st day after their birthday.(Least it covers the good birthdays 12(teen) 16 (drink :))

My Greatuncle John's birthday was on Leap Year Day. This fascinated us children. He truly felt when the 29th rolled around, that it was a special day.

you would still be able to celebrate your birthday each year but not on the exact day
you'll have to waite 4 years for that
