since I like to hang the up and not fold them. Its about seven feet tall and six feet wide, it doesnt have any handles as I can reach the top and open it that way. Well lately my kid has been opening it up from the bottom and taking all his clothes out of it and throwing them around his room! He's only months old, is there any type of device I can use or put on it so he cant open the door???

I think Safety 1st makes a magnetic cabinet lock that might work for you.

It's called Tot Lok Four Lock Set -- you can get more info about it at http://www.safety1st.com/product.asp?productID=209

Here's hoping that it works...

Yes - stickytape across the top! You can just pull up one side when you have to get into it and stick it back down again. Change it when it loses its sticky.

Nothing wrong with the simplest possible solution!

Safety First sells these universal locks that we used to lock my daughter's closet because she does the same thing. We also used it to lock the refrigerator because she would pull things out of there.

Just shut his bedroom door so he cant get access to it. If he's that young he shouldnt be unsupervise for any length of time long enough to make much of a mess.
