depends what you had it for. was this an entire day? or just lunch? if it was just one meal, than you ate wonderfully. you ate a well balanced meal and good proportions. if you ate only this in one day, you are not eating enough. your body needs food to work, and if you don't give it enough, it will start to eat itself.

Honey please if i only ate that id still be hungry,no you have not had to much and honestly you could afford a little more one thing to remember and i cant stress enough everything in moderation dont let yourself stress at all i think sometimes we can get carried away with gaining a few pounds but we shouldn't stress which is worse stress or a pound or two gained after dinner,and if your really worried about it balance it out if this was your dinner dont eat anything else and if you get a little hungry just have something healthy and nutritious and plenty of water,and have a lite breakfast!however if this was all you had today a nice lite dinner would be OK and highly recommended.hope i helped PS.a friend

No you didn't eat to much, but if it was for one whole day, you didn't eat enough. It was a very balanced meal. try not to worry when you eat and try to enjoy your food.

not too much, most of that is just for snack usually. if you ate it as a meal, you must have ate all of that to get enough food.
