Why are muslims so intent on conquering the world in the name of Islam? Why are you so radical regarding your faith? and once in a Christian state can Islam really work?

I think this is a great question that every person should be asking..if they care about freedom to worship and believe whatever the heck you want. I'm studying Islam, Judaism and early Christianity..and I dialogue with many Muslims and Jews and quite a few Christians. Most Muslims are so radical because they are being brainwashed to hate from a very early age..check out Palestinian Media Watch so you can see these little boys in a madrassa being taught to hate and kill and kill themselves for "the cause". Their faith assures "salvation" only if they die as a "martyr" while killing an infidel...anyone who doesn't believe in Islam.
Oh, and let's not forget the promise of the 72 virgins in Paradise.
In Islam, you can go thru your whole life trying to be "good" and a faithful Muslim yet never know until you die wether or not Allah will accept you into Paradise....your "deeds" will be weighed on a scale to see if your good outweighs the bad...
unfortunately, good for Islam invovles killing, subjugating the infidels, the pagans, anyone...ANYONE who does not follow Islam.
Luckily, many Muslims who don't follow the Koran 100% are more moderate and open minded and can be great friends.
Islam in a Christian state will never work because they see Christians and any other non-believer as "dhimmis"....beneath them...which is why they are slowly growing in numbers in the United States and their terrorist cells are growing too, in places like Dearborn, Michigan.
Eventually they will want to take complete control and we will all be in a crap load of trouble.
Those of you who hate Christians or Jews...guess what?? You are considered Islams' enemy too. If you're a Wiccan, an atheist, a Hare Krishna...agnostic....a goth who follows Marylin Manson.....you'll be forced into submission as well....or else you'll be facing death or a tax that you must pay in order to stay alive.
So keep this in mind all of you who want the freedom to live, dress, believe as YOU want. Because if Islam takes over,You will no longer have that freedom.

One word the "Inquisition", maybe that word isn't apparent to you, but trying to convert the Jew might sound a little more familiar. don't thin a single religion could escape this question, especially Christianity, and the war going on today, and the terrorist attack that is only taking the face of Islam, this is not a religious war, this is about a century worth of politics, and people wanting to spread there political campaign from both side. And thats it.

well,, muslims don't want to conquer the world.... Islam is a missionary religion , and its duty of every muslim to invite people to islam.
There is no compulsion in the religion; Truth stands out clear from error; so whoso disbelieves in idols and believes in God, has laid hold of the most firm handle, which cannot break; and God is Hearing, Knowing.
Al-Quran (2:256)
"Say, 'The truth is from your Lord': Let him who will believe, and let him who will, reject (it):......(The Noble Quran, 18:29)"

its quranic prophecy that islam will supercede to every other religion,,, no matter how much people try to oppress it... no prophecy of quran has been proved wrong, and nor will this one ... you will see in few years that islam will be no.1 religion in the world.

Your'e killing me who is making wars and inavsion everywhere in the world? who threw the nuclear bombs on Japan? Who killed millions of Vietnamies?The Muslims?
and please don't generalize your thoughts about Muslims because they are not all like each other just like not all christians don't think like each other.

Read Surah 8 of the Quran, there Muslims are commanded to fight everyone until the world is ruled by Islam.
Surah 9 says the same. Muslims are told in Surah 9 to "fight all who do not believe in Allah". So the same message is continuously woven througout this horrible book.
