No, guys like to chase gals. (Most guys anyway). Smile and be friendly. If he is interested he will make the move. If he doesn't it may be for some reason in his life that has nothing to do with you. So, don't take it personally if he never asks you out.

I don't know why not. Especially if the guy is a little shy or backward when it comes to asking the girl out. Just make sure that he likes you enough not to be insulting if he turns you down.

Of course!!! If a girl likes the guy enough, why not? Sure it's wicked cool if the guy asks you, but the guys must think it's cool if a girl asks them! So I say yes!!!!!!

sure..in the past few years it has become entirely accpetable for a girl to ask a guy out..unless you are in some backwoods,right-wing, inbred area. They might think it strange.
Just make sure you want to be his friend. It is easier to get in than to get out of a relationship most of the time.
