The curfew for 13 yr. olds is different in every community. Mostly it is whatever time your parents tell you to be home. Remember you are earning their trust when you obey your curfew and do so with no arguments. If you want to stay out later for a special event you should ask early enough for them to think about it. Stay on the straight and narrow now and things will be better when you are older.

Curfews, the place they exist, are interior of sight, not state. There would not be a statewide curfew yet would on your city. And your mum and dad have a top to set a curfew for you even in the adventure that your city would not.
