When she says she needs a break, it means she wants to be with someone else. To be brutally honest

Yeah you can still be friends, sounds like you didnt break over any major issues and she needs time to think. Still be her friend and just be there for her Since she still likes you, thats a plus, so dont rush things.

i think it depends on what u feel about her. if u really love her u should consider her offer but if u are in doubt that she wanted a break to have a good time with another person then there is no need to wait for her.

Give her the space she needs. It's like that saying "If you love somthin, let it go, if it comes back to you, it's yours, if not, at least now you know." Tell her you want one last night and make the sex last longer than ever. She'll never forget you. Then, don't call her for 7 days and see what happens.

she is checking her other options, if they don't work out, she will be back to you. Tell her if she wants a break, it will be forever.
sorry man, if people are in love, they feel incomplete whenever the other person isn't with them. If she wants a break, she does not love you anymore.
take care brother
