You have to get rid of the acrylic paint off your clothes by washing water over it immediately after the acrylic stain on your clothes. If not, it will turn hard. To get rid of the heard ones, you have to wash it with detergent with hand while you scrape the paint off.

First try to soak paint as soon as it hits your cloths, acrylic is water soluble until it drys. The longer it drys the harder it is to remove. If it has already dried put laundry detergent on the paint and fabric around it, scrub and then run it through the washing machine.

Unless you wash it out immediately, you can't get rid of it.

Keep old clothes that are paint stained, just for when you are painting. I am always getting paint on my clothes, so my wardrobe of painting clothes is getting bigger and bigger - One day I will remember to change my clothes BEFORE I pick up a paintbrush !

I don't try to remove it anymore, if it's a big spot. I wear it with pride.
