Yes. Keeping silent only gives people from other countries the idea that we either openly or tacitly support the religious extremists in this country. It's very important that we let everyone know we don't subscribe to inherently flawed and dangerous points of view. The re-election of Bush for a second term has caused us 'way too much damage in the eyes of the rest of the world already.

You are right, extremists are dangerous. In religion is to understand who is born again and who is not. Most people do not understand the difference. We have made a mess out of our environment, politics, and religion.
If you watch the controlled media you only find chaos and false interpretations of what a Christian is.
There are many religious nuts, with the hope that you are not blinded and turned away from the real Truth I suggest to read God’s Word the Bible. Now God can teach you through His Word, and you need no men to teach you. Beware of new translations of the Bible if it is copyright it is a business. Stay away from copyright bibles.

How many of OUR religious nuts in the US have hijacked jets and flown them, say, into the most famous Mosque in Mecca or into the Government building of Syria.
How many of OUR religous nuts have blown up trains in Spain, France or London?
Come on now, give me a number!
Our religious nuts currently don't EXPORT their nuttery, but push em too far and they may do what government is afraid to.
One day some American religious nut just indeed hijack a Syrian jet a teach Osama what an eye for an eye is all about.
The US government won't be able to control that!
But our Nuts currently are domestic nuts.

The ones that fly planes into our buildings, blow up subways, send anthrax through our post offices? I say attacking us leaves them somewhat open to anyone's criticism. Show me a case where a group of American religious nuts have executed a mass murder in another country, against that countries people because of that countries religious beliefs.

True, but for the most part our religious nuts only try to persecute the rights of others, not strap a bomb onto themselves and enter a plane or a train station with. Not that it makes a difference. But, no we don't have a right to criticize, neither do they. There are hypocrites in every nation, culture and religion.

I am afraid you're wrong. In the US, there are say 300mln people or so, I'd say 10% of them are really fanatical, as in believe in the second coming of Christ. So that's about 30mln. (I mean, could be 20mln-50mln)
However, there are about 1bln Muslims in the world. A good majority is moderate, but a very substantial minority believes that "suicide bombings are sometimes justified". That means there are at least a few hundred million fanatics there.

NO WE DONT
Book of Liberalism, Chapter 4, verse 3 "Tho do not haveth the right to criticize religions that consistently propogate terror if ye haveth any Christians left in the land in which ye liveth."
Tell me Einstein, the phrase "the right"....does this imply a religious view? How does implying such a principle as "one doesnt have a right to criticize other religions when some people in the same country object to the majority religion" differ from any frickining edict in any fricking religious book?
You can take your pathetic weak kneed-rollover morality and shove it up your self hating rear end.

Of course you do. Unless someone keeps up the fight to make these fanatics realise how wrong they are and how many people continue to die because of the religious fantasies and cant they spout it will continue and probably get worse.
Look at what the Pope has just done!!

The religious nuts in the US might be talking hatred and telling you the reasons you will be going to Hell, but they are not strapping bombs to themselves or flying planes into buildings.
I do agree that the US has a huge number of religious extremists, but they are not killing others because it gets their ticket to heaven punched!!
