You may not feel like exercising, but it will probably help elevate your mood. Something about endorphins. I usually find it hard to take this advice myself when I feel bad, but it helps. Being out in nature can also help.

Sometimes it also helps to try to get perspective--try to visualize your life from a greater distance, keeping faith that you'll get through this and things will get better.

Sometimes a really bad day can be a spur to get into therapy, which can be deeply healing.
