Yes, you most definitely can. I met my husband on line. Without the Internet we would have never met. He is from Australia. He is the love of my life. We have been together for 11 years now, married for 10. It CAN happen!

Absolutely - so long as you don't actually ever meet up. True love is a myth - you may meet someone with similar aspirations / hopes / ambitions and be ready to settle down and have a family - the problem is that those who believe in true love are always disappointed - no such thing exists. If you are hard headed enough to realise this and are prepared to settle for a relationship where you have mutual respect or admiration and a common set of values then when that first flush of lurve wears off you may be contented - that is the best anyone can hope for.

It works for some, not for others. It's pretty much the same as regular dating, but there's more screening out early on. Also comes with a whole new set of rules and games. If you don't want games, you won't like it. My experience was being contacted by people I didn't want to be contactd, and not getting responses from the people I contacted. Didn't like it, gave up.

yes, some of my friends happily married now and have kids. so I believed. yes, and my self has a bf met through online and we're happy and fall for each-other.
