You have to start the night before. Before you go to bed, have a banana, a big glass of water and two Tylenol.
If you have had WAY TOO MUCH then have a small glass of water (or you will toss it )
When you wake up, you may have to take another two Tylenol, but that should do it.

Cheers!

Don't get the headache in the first place. Drink plenty of water before you drink the good stuff, and a little more during. It requires some discipline, but it won't interfere with your planned activities.

A hangover is just dehydration. I've woken up with the room spinning, but never had a hangover...

totally agree with what one of the other folks said--before you go to bed drink a glass of water (or a sports drink, as the other person mentioned); I always also took an aspirin before bed but some folks say that's a bad idea--always worked for me. then, you won't have as bad of a hangover the next morning (course if you really drank a lot, there's only so much a glass of water and an aspirin can do for you!).

The headache is caused by dehydration.

Try drinking a glass of water before you go to bed. Have another glass of water when you get up. Hopefully, that will reduce the effects of the headache.

Drink orange juice.

If you have the "spins" when you are trying to fall asleep the night before, then put on foot on the ground while laying in bed to go to sleep.

It'll stop you from spinning and works like a charm!
