hmm since its winter you might want to check out Some Skiing Resorts KartalKaya , Uludag or Sarikamis.( i recommend KartalKaya)

If you think you have to see Istanbul around Dec or Jan then be sure it ll be cold, sunny and rainy. A typical winter time althought still beautiful..

But if you prefer rather warm places then its The Southern Coasts like Antalya Kemer Alanya. ( it wont be so warm but sunny! )

Winnepeg is a really sturdy city, there might want to be goood leisure availible there, extremely cosmopolitan for the some distance north. global Falls is really small - no the position to bypass for any style of action, yet if you discover your self looking for quiet. Thunder Bay provide you with an excellent searching view of Lake extra acceptable and "The slumbering massive", yet quite some the vacationer internet sites are iciness orientated. you're in a position to get some snowboarding in round thunder bay. evaluate snowmobilling in any respect 3 places

How about Turkish Cyprus? It doesn't have cold winters, and days of rain are fairly infrequent.
