MY son was in the hospital for about a week my fiance came to visit us and left to go home I tryed calling him to make sure he got home ok but he wouldnt answer his phone he finally called and said that this crazy lady was on our back porch screaming saying he raped her he said he never seen her before she even told the neighbors but he called th police the neihbors said she told them he picked her up downtown and he was comeing from downtown and he parked in the back he never parks in the back also i found a bank receipt sayin that after he left the hospital he took out 20 bucks he said it was an atm error evn my neighbors think it was strange we have been together 3 years nothing like this has ever happend I have no actual proof but I feel stupid to beleive it the girl even offered to pay someone 20 bucks to take her home any ideas on what happend that night and what i should do?

Strangers don't usually call rape, even if she was a prostitute, he may have done something to her . . .some people think it's okay to do whatever they want to a hooker, because they give her 20 bucks doesn't mean they own the body.
The 20 bucks could have been for a bj and then he wanted more and she didn't for 20bucks? Think about the whole situation . . .people sometimes do strange things when stress levels are high.

Your man got busy with her and didn't want to pay up after the fact, so she screamed rape. Its too coincidental that he got twenty bucks out the ATM, wasn't responding to your calls, parks in the booth, in the back, in the dark so to speak, and then she's crying rape! You may not have seen him do it, but to me, he did. I'd have to leave him until I got more proof that it didn't happen.
If you won't leave him for suspicions, then I'd sure be careful with him, have him use a condom, and would not forget this incident no time too soon...like never.
At any rate, what you do in the dark soon comes to light. You'll find out the truth when you least expect it....

i think he did cheat on you, the receipt, the parking, strange women in youre house while youre not home, i believe he did. what are you going to do? Dont stay with him if you actually found out he did cause you will look like a fool and he wouldnt respect you again. he might say, he wont do it again but you keeping around makes him think he can do anything and you take him back. I would look into it. Please dont take him back, ive seen to many people i love do that.

atm error...that dont' happen...I guess it could but I doubt it...and a whore for $20? Damn I'd be insulted that he even did that. And I'd be worried about the other issues that could arise from that.
Umm parking where he don't park...that's not cool
and her being on the back stoop being mad...he probably didn't pay her for her services or $20 was not enough.
He probably was horney and went and met this girl and she said $20 so he went with her to the atm and after words he probably said "fu I'm not paying for that"
So take it from there...he did it

Maybe he wanted head from a professional or maybe there were drugs involved. Crackheads will do anything for 20 bucks. Anyhow, don't have sex with him without a condom until he agrees to be tested. That's if u don't leave him.

without proof I'm sure you feel like an idiot. But go with your gut. The only problem is could he be cheating or is it your own insecurities? With out proof you only are accusing, looking hard enough you always find something. only you can decide. Good luck

Try to find her and ask her
or just open your eyes and see that in fact he did something with her but do not fight or get in trouble yourself ,,is not worth it
Think about your kid first even before you! He is #1 and then.. he stills #1 got the message?
