I'm 22 (turning 23 in a couple months) and everybody around me is alot older. I would say the avearge is as at least 40. The company has about 400 employees, I was told I was the youngest one. I just graduated college, have a job, and now looking for a relationship. I know the best way to meet girls is through connections but I dont have many. I work in orange county. All I do is wake up at 6am and get home at 7pm M-F.

Well, you could make friends with some of your co-workers and ask them if they know people around your age. Or you could be social and go out after work (either with or without your co-workers) and see whom you meet at the bar, restaurant, etc. Go out to the bookstore or join a gym or get involved in a club or activity that you like. Take a course at the local community college, etc. Hell, you can even try the Internet!
There are plenty of ways to meet women.

Get out and do things on the weekends. Whatever you do don't try an interoffice relationship because those can end in disaster. Go places other people your age may be and I'll bet it won't take long to start dating someone!

join the sierra club,i know so many people who hooked up,and even got married.its all people in their late teens thru early 30's-average about 25.they say its about the environment,but deep down,everyone knows its way better than a bar.also,join the jaycees.yeah,its a coomunity organisation,so it sounds kinda lame,but trust me,its a bunch of gys(jaycees) and girls (jayncees)from 20-40.they kick u out when ur 40.its for young buiness people,most in their 20's.u get to build those cool haunted houses at halloween,so its fun.good luck.this worked for my friends.but i was lucky enough to meet my husband at work,thank god i didnt have to hike for him !!!!!

Meeting people to date at work has huge drawbacks. Sounds like you need to hang with a younger crowd.

Working around older people can be an advantage, they have to have children, nieces, grandchildren, get my drift????? They could fix you up with one and there you go!! Good luck!
